TALENT DEVELOPMENT
Organizations adopt different approaches to talent development. While many of these organizations have talent development policies in place, the budget allocated to this is oftentimes insufficient, and critical functions within the organization have talent deficit and an uneven talent distribution across functions. What should organizations do to maintain a pipeline of talent in the short, medium and long term and that which is consistent with the business philosophy?
