Performance analysis must be robust and compared to target. Why do organizations report such high scores yet their clients complain about their performance so much? Why is performance appraisal confused with performance management by so many employees? Why are so managers measuring things that do not matter and producing reports with things that do not matter? Why is performance sometimes punished and mediocrity rewarded in organizations? How do we address these challenges?
